| Can I call with
questions before I place an order?
Yes, you can call Invitationsbykarina.com customer service during
normal business hours 8:30a.m to 4:30 p.m Central Time. We'll be more than glad to answer
any questions regarding our company, the invitation/stationery companies we represent, how
to place
an order, etc... You can also chat with us during normal business hours by

| Will somebody
review my order before it is placed?
Yes. We will review your order and
contact you should we have any suggestions on your invitation wording. This
process usually takes between 24-48 hrs. Please be sure to contact
customer service if you don't hear from us after this period of time. Although we review your order we can not
guarantee our customer service reps will find every misspelling or
mistake on made on your copy. Please be sure to proofread your
order before submitting.

| Do you have a
store?
Yes. We are located at
221 East Garden Suite 2e,
Pensacola, Florida and we schedule appointments one week in advance. Our in store discount is 20% from retail prices. You must
order online to receive the 30% discount.

| Do you take phone
orders?
No. We can give you wording advice and answer other questions over
the phone, but your order for invitations, samples or a quote must be placed on our order form on our website in order to avoid
printing mistakes.

| What it means to
be an awarded dealer?
Every year our printers
review dealer sales and reward them according to their sales volume. IBK
Stationery (our parent company), received the highest recognition
given to a dealer from the following companies: Encore Studios, Carlson
Craft, Checkerboard, Chase, Nu-art and Birchcraft Studios.

| What is your policy on pricing? We try
very hard to make sure the pricing on the websites are current and up to
date. However, prices are subject to change. We ALWAYS notify you if the
price of your order is different from what the website shows. We have
different sales going on during the year, so be sure to order a particular
invitation when it is on sale. Because it was on sale last month when you
looked at our site, it may not be on sale in the current month. Check often. |

How long will it
take to get my invitations?
Depending on the season, it can take as little as a week during low season and up to 4 weeks
during busy season. We recommend upgrading your shipping if time is really a
factor. It also depends on whether you order an online proof. The
average turnaround time is one to two weeks.

Can I create my own verse for my
invitation?
Yes, you may create your own verse for
your invitation. As you go through the ordering process you may fill
out the text fields with your own wording
Can I e-mail or fax my order?
Yes, you can fax your order to 850/432-4014. If you would like to e-mail
your order, please call customer service at 888/432-4002 to get an e-mail
address to send your order.

Can you do a rush order?
Unfortunately, not all the
companies we represent offer RUSH service. You can upgrade your shipping from Ground to
Overnight or 2nd Day
Air for a faster turn around. To know if a
company offers rush service, please ask your sales rep.
Please...Order your wedding invitations with enough time to avoid extra
fees. We recommend invitations be ordered at least
3 months before your wedding.

What is a proof? Do I need it?
A proof is a black and white
document emailed by the printer to us. After we review it, we'll email it to you so you
can check for mistakes such as spellings, addresses or even for the font you
selected for your invitations/announcements. Changes and revisions can still
be made at this
stage. After you approve your proof, your wedding invitations or announcements
will be printed and no further changes will be allowed. We always recommend
ordering proofs. The cost varies from collection to collection and other
charges may apply. Check with your
consultant about these rates.

Do you ship
overseas? What charges are involved?
We can ship to many places overseas. Canada, Puerto Rico, Caribbean,
Ireland and the UK are some that we have shipped to this past year. Ask
your sales rep for availability and rates. Many countries require duty
fees, brokerage fees and taxes on top of the actual shipping cost. |

How do I check
the status of my order?
An
e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been sent to production with
an approximate shipping time. If you would like, once your order has been
shipped, we can provide you with a
tracking number. Just call www.invitationsbykarina.com customer service at
850/432-4002.

Why should I order extra
25's? Reorders are expensive. This
is why we recommend ordering an extra 25 with your original order. Some
companies have a minimum order of 50 invitations so even if you only need 25,
you will still need to order 50.

What happens if I
made a mistake and I already submitted and approved my order?
If your order has not yet been submitted to
production, we will be able to correct any mistakes. If your order has been
sent to production, there is nothing that can be done. We will work with you to have
your invitations reprinted if you so desire and give you an extra discount
of 5%.

How do I choose
font styles, liners and ink colors?
You can view it online. Most
of our invitations give the specifications on their pages. |

Do I need inner
envelopes?
Most invitations come with
inner envelopes although they are more of a tradition than a need. Some of
our upscale collections offer them at an extra charge. Check with your sales
rep for these rates.

What are
informals? Informals are thank
you notes. Where your names are printed on the front
instead of "Thank You". The inside is for you to write your personal note.

Does the response
card come with a pre-printed envelope?
Yes, and they will be printed with the same
ink color unless otherwise specified.

What type of
payments do you accept?
We
accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
|

When will I be
billed? If you
are ordering proofs, you will be billed IN FULL as soon as the proofing
process begins. If you are NOT ordering proofs, you will be billed as soon
as your order is reviewed by our staff and there are no questions or
suggestions. In case of a charge discrepancy,
one of our customer service representatives will contact you by e-mail or
phone to receive your approval of the revised charges.

Do I need to pay
sales taxes? Only if you are a
Florida resident, add 7.5% to your total.
|
|
Do you offer
discount for large quantities?
No. Our discount for wedding invitations or announcements are already up to 30%
off retail prices.

up to 30% of retail prices.
